yeah i am going through some of class valuation complaints...it's shocking

Anyone here can do simple research on the internet and find all sorts of complaints involving data collectors/filed inspectors/ filed technicians hired by AMCs.

I guess it is a super good thing that no complaints are ever filed against appraisers.
As potential alternatives are examined/considered, they are not measured against perfection; they are evaluated in comparison to the existing processes, which are not perfect.

That is a field services inspuyeah ection, not property data collection. The field services group handles things like securing property when foreclosure is imminent. Not the same thing.
