yeah i am going through some of class valuation complaints...it's shocking :ROFLMAO:
 
Anyone here can do simple research on the internet and find all sorts of complaints involving data collectors/filed inspectors/ filed technicians hired by AMCs.
I guess it is a super good thing that no complaints are ever filed against appraisers. :)
As potential alternatives are examined/considered, they are not measured against perfection; they are evaluated in comparison to the existing processes, which are not perfect.

Keep in mind that these companies are the ones anointed by the GSEs to implement their "Appraisal Moderation" i.e. "the gang of six".

And when did I say no complaints have been filed against appraisers? :giggle:
 
That is a field services inspuyeah ection, not property data collection. The field services group handles things like securing property when foreclosure is imminent. Not the same thing.
Yeah and guess who were the thief's :)
 
I think Robot Dude is getting desperate to prove his point no matter how silly it is :)
