That is a field services inspection, not property data collection. The field services group handles things like securing property when foreclosure is imminent. Not the same thing.

Here is another complaint from a consumer about a data collector and the CubiCasa app. This one says the app was off by more than 400 sf . These complaints are all over the internet.

I don't see anything actually saying that the size was wrong. Can you highlight that claim for me?
What I see is a statement that the GLA varied from the public record.
Would you like me to go through my old files and dig up one of the many where my measured square footage varied from the tax record by at least 400 SF?

And how do you know the tax assessor data is not correct? And the app measurements are wrong?
 
Anyone here can do simple research on the internet and find all sorts of complaints involving data collectors/filed inspectors/ filed technicians hired by AMCs.
