Just can't answer a simple question. You must just be confused. Just another keyboard warrior selling woof tickets that nobody is buying"Conducting a comprehensive review of the Ethics Rule, with advice from Relman Colfax, resulting in proposed changes that make it crystal clear that bias and discrimination against protected classes have always been prohibited by USPAP and that USPAP has always required appraisers to comply with all applicable fair housing laws,"
are you a confused shill?
I know you don't think that appraiser is guilty of the allegations or that they were somehow unaware of or in violation of the existing prohibitions. You should consider retracting that indirect accusation.lanham should sue TAF for failure to provided 'crystal clear' standards...pretty much a slam dunk now
What changes were made to the Ethics Rule that made it crystal clear that was worth $500,000? Someone who has a 2020 USPAP and 2024, please compare.

No appraiser misunderstood the existing prohibitions. Including the appraiser in the Baltimore shakedown.
