AQB's latest dumbing down by 'Stakeholders' Dropping the College Degree Requirement

I let my users decide what they consider to be meaningful to their usage and from there I figure out what I need to do to meet our minimums + their extras. That's what you're supposed to do. If you aren't doing that then you are in violation of the SOWR.

So are you doing what you're supposed to do in your assignments or not?

I was on the FHA roster for 8 years when they changed the requirements. At the time they announced the change. I would have had 8 months to get a degree. Why would my supervisor require me to get a CR 30 years ago. Million dollar properties were as rare as hens teeth. Still not a major part of my area. Also why would I upgrade now at age 70. BTW Ohio only requires 14 hrs of CE per year.
Well, there ya go. I wouldn't give a damn either at 70.

I don't understand why robot dude is so concerned about USPAP et al. AFter all he has been bragging about the fact that he is doing "appraisals' for clients that don't require USPAP

So hypothetically, if you were performing an assignment for a client and/or user that required ANSI compliance you would just ignore that requirement?
