And peforming evaluations would seem to require that the appraiser not be an appraiser. THIS IS NOT AN APPRAISAL, etc.

So you *would* pay attention to the legitimate expectations of the users when making your SOW decisions and you *would* fit your workproduct to meet those expectations as well as the USPAP minimums. That being the case, I don't understand why you're constantly leaking over how the SOWR works. .

Well don't worry about it since most appraisals I've been seeing don't follow ANSI either They simply state they follow ANSI and then you see the sketch and they did not. It's similar to the 1004MC where appraisers would say that data was not available for a particular field when it was. You can't get in the way of what the users want which is to pump out as much trash as possible.
