You do realize that the "housing" supply isn't just SFR and condo. The millions that have been allowed in have to live somewhere, Whether it be in a apartment, condo, SFR etc., etc.. Just because you haven't seen any of these gangs. Doesn't mean they don't exist elsewhere and it has been documented by more than just FOX.

It is untrue that "illegal immigrants" only come here with the clothes on their back. Many transfer assets from other countries and are not broke by any measure. This is especially true of Asian and European immigrants.

I get calls every week corporate peeps calling asking if I want to sell. They say it is easy and are prepared to make an offer. I always say no and hang up and block their number. That doesn't work because their actual number is being masked.

Its just a handful of aparment complexes get over it, just like 9/11 was only a few buildings.

Has anyone here asked any loan officers about it?

How would an illegal migrant, living in the shadows with little earnings, how would they qualify for a loan?

It is not just opinion - I sold RE for years and a buyer has to be fulfilled before any RE agent or seller wold accept an offer and they have to have enough income and assets to qualify for a loan

Again, I ask the peeps who think illegal immigrants are buying up losing in any significant numbers - how do they afford it?

HAve any of you spoken to loan officers and seen what they had to say? How many illegal migrant buyers are they seeing-
 
.you have no clue about how many migrants have come across the border. They all need housing. This doesn't mean they are buying housing. They are renting. This is why there is a shortage of residential housing.

Kamala is brilliant she said there will be millions of new homes built if she becomes president.
