Who else is dead slow lately?

Hello from a former Upland resident to a Claremont guy.
Well I know Upland my Father lived off 22nd and San Antonio for about 43 years and I sold the house in 2022 after he passed. I like Upland okay but it's getting to be a lot of old folks. I pretend I'm young but I'm delusional.

I am schedule to equal my billing for last February. So, maybe it is only Florida?

One person shops not really a guage of how a business trend is doing. A bunch of orders from one client and you feel like a one arm paper hanger.

You know your in bad shape when you announce to the family and forum that an order just came into your inbox and your excited......lmao

It must be Florida. Saw a post on Fakebook by a different Florida appraiser saying new construction orders had fallen off a cliff since Friday (posted on Monday) and wondered if anyone could explain the drastic change and when it would turn around.

I got this order and when I saw the house on the internet, it was not that good looking for my rich personal taste. What were they thinking with small windows?
I forgot, I have to remove my buyer's hat. Even though $3+ million dollar, I have to be objective.
And since business is slow, I should make an effort to make a competitive bid to get it.

Must be DeSantis' fault, then. Or maybe a combination of DT and DeSantis? You can go ahead and throw Rubio in there as well.

As opposed to a fee shop where there are four orders to be spread between five appraisers? Been there done that. Dissention among the ranks happens pretty quickly when you are the odd man out.

Musical chairs...
