How on earth did 400 people become appraisers in your area and are still active?

My area includes the county with the largest population in Ohio at 1.3M. There are approx 3000 appraisers in Ohio

We've been heading for a COVID money printer go brrrrrrr correction for a while. Some of these trends are beyond any particular president. And Trump is the one who first clicked "print", for those under any illusions. But it started well before even that.
