has just been even noticeably slower since Trump took office. This does not mean I blame it all on Trump by any means. Which I said in the first post I made..

Perhaps I should have posted a /S with my post. Of course this is not TRUMP been in office what 5 weeks. ; )

I spoke with a lender who closed 15 transactions in the last month. 1/3 of the deals were no appraisal.

They also indicated new construction purchase appraisal waivers. I said this was not possible… they insisted new construction does have appraisal waivers at times…. Fake news ?

That is wild. 5 out of 15 loans were no appraisal.

There has always as far as I remember a shortage and overworked air traffic controllers. Many close calls and all that was needed was new leadership and cuts and devasted morale and that's what happened when Trump came into office. It was fragile and we'd been lucky but Trump was the one to break it.

Again, one serious problem with ATC is that places like Oakland suck so bad, you have to quit the job to get out of Oakland. They won't let you transfer away from it due to no one wanting to work there and commute 2 hours one way from anywhere affordable on a $200k job. Not to mention how unsafe Oakland is.
