Lawsuit Alleges Appraisal Institute Has Given States Fraudulent Test Results For Years

The song rhymes when the lady pretty much over the residential side of AI said this is not right and got fired.

When I was in college. A very successful professor told his students, if you look at how corporations work, the values and morals of those in charge filter all through the organization.

To the bottom of the organization. He was very successful in private business. He was teaching as a retirement benefit. He was doctor of economics or marketing.

The Appraisal Foundation is complicit in the scam. PAREA should be halted immediately.

The whole continuing education and testing racket has always felt like a money-grabbing sham, and now we have proof.
