Lawsuit Alleges Appraisal Institute Has Given States Fraudulent Test Results For Years

according to the last admin...up is down...2+2=5...and pass is fail or visa versa..but the wire fraud scheme gives a whole new meaning to buying the book and taking the class :ROFLMAO:

I'm unhappy to hear you folks now believe that CE classes and test are so important....

I learn something new or something I forgot all the time. All professions have to take continuing education.

I don't think that is the problem here. LOL

The lady that tried to coach AI on how things were not right on residential side got fired.

When I say shut up, I mean STFU. Comprende?

You have to look behind the curtain sometimes UCbruin.

This is more than juicing test scores, it's about the whole attitude at national. Make no mistake, stuff like this is born out of culture and it starts at the top. And more than anything this confirms what many have been saying; Governance at the institute is broken, and when governance is broken everything else is too.

And this type of drama has been going on for years at national, but there's one big difference since September: When you can't threaten to take away someone's designation and career/livelihood, they will sue your arse!

I'm sure they will release a "Per advice of counsel we can't comment on personnel matters" statement in a week or so. Then after a couple of secret meetings a check will be cut. But now that the bell has been rung, can state boards ignore the ringing coming from Chicago?
