Geez, how much computer coding would it take to add the "answered correctly" percentage to the test result report? I can understand an oversight error, and not sure if you could go back retroactively changing the state report results, but why wouldn't they just admit the error, correct the reporting schema and move forward? Talk about violation of the public trust.

They are primarily focused on the $500,000 kickback they received from the Appraisal Foundation. Their goal is to demonstrate results, and if that means advancing an unqualified applicant, they find it acceptable. It's important to remember that the Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) and Appraisal Management Companies are also deeply involved in this situation.

I think you are missing the point. Different States have different rules. It appears AI was going by the same standards for all States. I don't know. It appears this person that got fired helped sign off on the records. There may have been more fudging so to speak in the record keeping and got her fired. Remember the lady somewhat heading up the residential side with AI got fired also.

The moral of the story is "don't rock the boat" if you want your job. LOL

I think the suit claims other fudging. This lady called it out and they said shut up and she wouldn't. Lost her job.

If the infomation provided is proven to be true and accurate....
Then the gal who lost her job seems to have been royally screwed over....
And that wrong should be righted....

But for the hair on fire folks to scream mass corruption is overly dramatic....

The computer program may need to be updated/calibrated, but I'm betting ALL CE test takers had their licenses renewed....
Without any negative impact to the individual completed appraisals or to the appraisal industry as a whole....

For how many years, on and off the AF, have appraisers been pooh poohing CE....

"I complete the 8 hour course in 20 minutes" type posts on the AF....

But now it's a huge corrupt f'ing deal....
It's a big deal for the gal or for anyone who was potentially wrongfully terminated....

I discovered by accident years ago when you submitted your answers for a quiz or test On Mckissock if you hit the submit button multiple times it would say you passed with a score of 320% ish even if every answer was the same letter, ie all A's
