Those last two years of grad school were a waste of my life in so many different ways.Might as well join the Peace Corp!

Didn't you meet wife #1 at during those last 2 years....Those last two years of grad school were a waste of my life in so many different ways.
Nope. It signaled the end of wife #1, but ironically, I dated wife #2 once during grad school only to hook up again 15 years later... talk about recycling not being worth it. PS= never trust memory recall on the calculator known as your brain.Didn't you meet wife #1 at during those last 2 years.
You really know how to play the long game....Nope. It signaled the end of wife #1, but ironically, I dated wife #2 once during grad school only to hook up again 15 years later... talk about recycling not being worth it.
I made my appointments today. I just so happened to meet the manager like 2 doors down from subject early and said Hi. He was all suited up and I told him something like you are all dressed up for the Lord. He bit the bullet and I told him what I was doing. He said I just started managing this again very recently. He knew all about my subject. He said the seller owes us some money. It is run down condo development. He said we have 53 units and only 16 are paying dues regularly. He is turning it all over to lawyer this week and people are going to start getting notices from lawyer on garnishments, liens, etc.I was busy for about 7 weeks , and then it dropped off to nothing. As in , no orders in two weeks, a record lull. Wonder if anyone else is experiencing it- could be a fluke -
If you have money California is great and few better places overall. But if your a worker bee and no real money as T would say it sucks putty ball's.And pay $4000 a month rent? Sure. That would be stupid. Why not get paid $18 an hour at Mickey Ds here and pay $800 a month rent, pay $600 a year for insurance and buy gasoline at half the cost in California? Or buy a $200,000 house that has 1800 SF and was built in 2004? The wages in CA reflect the cost of living which is sky high compared to here. As an old Texan told me when he moved here, the neighbor eyed his big truck and said, "What you come here with is ours. What you leave here with is yours." If CA is so great, there wouldn't be every other newcomer here from California.
I like West LA especially along the beaches.West LA is really expensive but everywhere else is just normal expensive.
I would like to visit one day when my budget allows. Can I bring a hippy van to visit? LOLIf you have money California is great and few better places overall. But if your a worker bee and no real money as T would say it sucks putty ball's.
