Perhaps Class or one of their ilk could buy AI and make it for profit like NAREA and become an edukashun and designation school like McKissock...then Tobias the cat could make full circle. (You have to know the story of Tobias. Link is paywalled but Tobias was given a designation by the NAREA when an AI member sent an application in with the name of his cat as a candidate)
 
I would have become a MAI if they accepted large donations for a Honorary MAI Designation for life with no annual dues or continuing education.

Hell people get Honorary PHDs from Harvard and Yale for donations.
 
While you're at it you might as well blame TAF for the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. And for your divorce. Makes just about as much sense as blaming them for Dr Chance (allegedly) being treated poorly as an employee or blaming TAF for the lenders using AMCs or blaming TAF for the Final Rule interpretation of C&R.

It took someone with several degrees in ethics about 2 days in the job at AI to see what an unethical and corrupt profession she was in the middle of.

And then they proved her point.

Stop defending corruption. Be better than them.
