Appraisal Institute Accused of Covering Up Sexual Harassment and Test Flaws

Yep. Not stepping down, not removed by the board, still collecting $$, just him telling the board how this is going forward. Still pulling the strings. I'll say it again: He will not be removed by the board, he will leave when HE decides too.
Hey everybody deserves a fair hearing and if it ever goes to trial a fair trial.

But based on reading through the material the NYT was a cheap op ed
hit piece which had few readers anyway.

The AI haters appear to be 97% non members anyways, so our opinions mean nothing but it's always fun to get into the fog pile.

To me this is more like a a church schism were the Pastors been accused of grabbing an azz and it blows up into a family feud.

Very odd there isn't a chorus of members that are publicly demanding resignation.
Because they are protecting the brand, and he's taking advantage of that. I'm just a less than candidate who can't even get a straight answer from national about QE classes, but I know enough designated members to know they just want this to go away and really don't care if he stays or not. He's been handing out favors for years, and he has more connections on the board than not and it's showing right now.

All it takes is 1 or two comments in Paula’s post and floodgates open. I’m not a member so don’t really have a dog in the fight. There should be calls for the whole board and leadership to resign, then CS would be gone in 48 hours. If members start silent, then you absolutely deserve the damage to the brand.

Anyone giving money to the AI at this point is simply enabling their sexual picadillos. They are motivated by greed, desire, and corruption.

I don't recall you saying that about Dr. Chance. She was bounced (with no warning or announcement) in an afterhours special meeting, they could do the same with Mr. Handsley if they were so inclined.

Not so sure about that. Comments were turned off for her last post so some people dug down to the post announcing Dr. Chance's hire and commented there. If you follow Justin Gohn on LinkedIn he's been trying to rally the chapter presidents for months, he has a couple of recent posts with interesting comments from designated members.

Once she made it known she was going to reporters and accusations of azz grabbing the conversations ends for legal purposes and the accuser has to be removed because anything they say or do is going to be used against you and your organization.

In her case if she wants to sue individuals or the organization that's her decision. Now it's in her court. Sue or not sue. Court's and Judge's don't care about an organizations inner workings.

The Azz grabbing is another issue and frankly not a strong case since she was in the high position not a underling.

Well I imagine all the members that would of demanded this already left. Those left as members are masochists.
Along those lines, the bleeding of members over the recent years has been on the residential side. The MAIs really don't care about REVAA, PAREA, or Friday's letter supporting experience credit for data collection assignments. Sadly, there's not enough residential members to matter anymore (if they ever did). What happened to Cindy and what is playing out right now is proof residential members do not matter.
