I don't defend corrupt leadership but I do defend someone comparing another to a rapist or serial sexual predator.

We can all have opinions but dragging down another appraiser to those levels is not warranted and is never a great idea on a public forum.

The ones that make these accusations always hide behind a AKA while the ones they accuse use their real names. That's just cowardly. But those folk's have no problems identifying the ones who have gone past opinions to real potential defamation.

I believe we can all express ourselves without opening us or the owners of platforms to potential legal liability. Some State Boards even respond to a licensee complaint based on lack of professional ethics on social media platforms.
