HUD Had No Legal Authority to Investigate Most Appraisers - and They Knew It!

Where's the $$ money to litigate this.? Another Go Fund Me and Sign a Petition Promising appraisers a big win.

He must be a Sovereign Citizen type
who when stopped for a Citation, he claims he's a traveler, and the constitution doesn't prohibit free travel.

You Tube had hundreds of these guy's claiming everything, was unconstitutional or illegal, but the cop's handcuff them and the judges throw them into jail.

maybe appraisers can get qualified immunity like the cops do when they violated the constitution... :rof:

The cops don't write the laws they enforce.

When the cops are acting in compliance with state law the only question the offenders can argue is whether or not the state govt acted legally when they enacted that law. Did the state have the authority under the 10th Amendment to enact that law or not?

the cop cant even spell constitution... :rof:

The offender doesn't even understand how the 10th Amendment figures into his problems with the cops. He thinks the cops are making it up as they go along.

oh the cops are more corrupt then the judges...and that aint easy :rof:

Why didn't you become a Pentecostal Preacher. Everyone is unethical, crooks, liars and thieves. Except one lone East Cleveland appraiser.

If the act meets all the elements of the offense as laid out in the established law then it is what it is. Regardless of who/what the offender is or who/what the cop is.

You seem to think "who" is the only thing that matters. Moreso than the actual "what". That's where all your accusations fall flat. Even if everyone WAS ethically corrupt, the "what" is still the thing. The test is the test, the number is the number, and the act is the act. The individual either committed the alleged act or they didn't.

Where the cops do have some personal discretion is in the extent to which they act to enforce certain infractions - whether that non-operable turn signal results in a written citation or a verbal warning. Or ignored altogether by not initiating a traffic stop. Most cops don't give people a pass for misdemeanor violations. I never did.

Speaking of beat cops....

After watching hundreds of police bodycam YouTube videos....
I can't believe how conflicted an "average Joe person" cop....
Can enforce the laws that they themselves probably violate while off (and possibly while on) duty....
It's their jobs and have to be done, for the sake of the rest of society....
But it's got to be hard to reconcile with their personal violations....
(My favorite police bodycam videos is airport meltdowns, they're so random)....
