Brian Zitin CEO @ Reggora

Announcing 24 Hour Appraisals and $18M in new funding from Centana Growth Partners

The mortgage industry will be forever changed starting in October - the appraisal will no longer be a bottleneck for a fast closing

Reggora is launching 24 hour appraisals in metro, suburb, and even rural areas on the vast majority of all mortgage transactions at the same cost as an appraisal today (without a rush fee)

This is real, aligns with GSE and USPAP standards, and is only possible with Reggora

We will be unveiling how it works in October ahead of MBA Annual so make sure you tune into our launch video on October 15th

People literally laughed when we started Reggora and said our goal was to create a two day appraisal turntime - it turns out I wasn’t aiming high enough

Also super excited to bring on Centana Growth Partners to our team with an additional $18M of funding to fuel our expansion even further - if you didn’t already know that Reggora is the best appraisal technology in the industry you will soon

Are you an appraiser? Have you ever completed an appraisal? Sometimes it takes a week to get an appointment, or a call back from the owner, selling agent or listing agent. You have no clue the obstacles involved. You will be getting junk appraisals. I see the all the time. The fast and cheap appraisers will be standing in front of an appraisal board due to meeting you needs.

Very coy of Brian to tease something this big with absolutely zero indication of how he's gonna pull it off. Reggora truly is becoming a major player in the OMS space, though.

Who in the world is Centana Growth Partners?
A bunch of companies that might be little more than a name and a website, , with seemingly little knowledge of appraisals, are making promises -based on some competitive advantage they imagine will make them a game changer )

Wait - you haven't heard of Reggora? My guess is you're probably already using it and just haven't made the connection... it's an OMS - much like Mercury or AppraisalPort (although Brian would probably cry if he heard someone say that).

They are just another company trying to jump on the AI bandwagon. AI will be available to anyone, does not mean they have a clue how to integrate it into apparsials.

What a load of BS - as others said, it takes days to make a property inspection appointment wheter a PDC collector or the appraiser. Big freakign deal - 24 hours after inspecting vs 48 hours - as if that will make anybody more $ - loan officers need LOAN VOLUME to make $, and there is a finite amount of it - whether title or appraisal or any other part of the process becomes more efficient.

Loan officers made the most $ they will ever make during the hot two years of lending frenzy, despite having to wait days for an appraisal or title work.

One of my biggest clients sends work through Regorra. So what? Like the others, they are a portal, not originators.
