The Subject Property does not have interior access to the Electrical Panel, does anyone know if this is a requirement for FHA/HUD?

Outside next to the Electrical Service going into the Dwelling.

Local codes have requirements on electrical panels.

Not typically a problem unless it is not a weatherproof enclosure. Otherwise not a problem
Thanks for the response. I added this comment to report: There was no access to the electric service panel from inside of the Dwelling and although not a requirement, this is mentioned as a concern of safety compliance.

OP has questions about electrical panel on outside. Appraiser intuition telling her something not right (which Dublin doesn't have). She needs to get all the facts.

Located in the County, so No Zoning, etc.

Is it a safety compliance? I don't know.
Check local codes and state whether it complies. State the facts.
