Hate making appointments during rain

Is it just me?
I check the weather and if anticipated to rain for certain on certain days, I avoid making appointments on those days.
I don't like to get wet or going into someone's house all wet.

Until i got an old mail bag to hold everthing, rain appraising is trying to hold onto too many things with da hands. Did one today, the umbrella hit the bushes while trying to tape measure. Was angry before i went into the house.

Then gotta hand dry the metal tape measure, or it eventually gets rusty.

I called my commercial tenants to go clean the gutters in the roof. I got good tenants. They said they'll go up and clean before the rain.
That reminds me I have to clean my gutters.
My gutters have lots of holes and I've been looking for a cheap quote.
I like one roofer but he's charging me like $9,000 at $18/linear foot along with new downspouts. I asked him to give a Fernando discount.
