I am not doing the 3.6 FORM deal

Yeah - nice post. I should have posted that. This works if you want to go through the addresses individually. Would be REALLY nice, though, if it was incorporated into the MLS feed. I'm sure the GSE's would like that field in their data set as well. :)
Don't give GSEs ideas for changes in their next new form UAD 3.7.

The market doesn't care, at least here.

Not only that, but there is no rating for either one of my last 2 homes - one built in 2004, one in 2012. And if homes that new have no "HERS" rating, then the link is damn near useless.

Since I will never have to enter a "HERS" rating in one of my appraisal reports, I could care less, other than to make the following observation:

The entire "Green" Rating scheme for appraisals is just the product of more bureaucratic navel-gazing (and likely influenced by the fake 'Green/Climate Cult') in my opinion. The standard appraisal criteria (condition, energy efficient features, quality) ALREADY take into account EVERYTHING that a buyer does in making an offer. Hence, this is just one more unnecessary factoid unrelated to the job at hand - arriving at an accurate Market Value of a home.

Well, well, well. I checked three addresses. Here is their answer for all three.

You can't create a new requirement without making it impossible to apply. You might want to mention that at your next corporate lackey meeting. :)
Can the appraiser write NA for fields where no information was found?
