Why the New UAD is DOA

That gave me a chuckle. If AI is able to manipulate the entire electric grid to send a surge to my individual electrical outlet without flipping my breaker, just because it somehow anticipates I'm about to pull the cord out of the wall, then we will be truly living a great horror flick.

Most likely it would puncture the atmosphere and send the air out to space or poison the atmosphere just ending things the easiest way

I hoped reps from GSEs have seen the comments in AF regarding the UAD 3.6 abomination and will change the new form shorter and more relevant to appraising for the better.
Not just Fernando but majority of forumites agree it's an abomination and a joke.

The fundamental problem with the use of AI in writing a report is that as professionals we have an obligation to understand how our tools work and what they have done to generate the results we are using in our analysis and because AI is a black box you cannot do that and thus you fail your ethical obligations when you use it.

I read that as well, and figured all isn't what was reported. Seriously, if a server running an AI program won't shut down, pull its plug.
You can pull the plug but it reroutes into other power sources kinda like a cell tower going down their's 10,000 others to travel to. Lmao)

Not true. It just involves some measure of sanity testing. Now, to your point - if you don't know how to sanity test your tools - you shouldn't be using them.
