What is a good gift for appraisers?

Christmas is here. I know this is late but I try to get my appraisers a gift up to $100. What is a useful gift? What have you found??? Thank you and happy holidays to you and your office!

When i had them long longggg, ago. Took them out to a good dinner. Didn't give them gifts. Paid them above the normal fee split. Secretaries, gave them cash.

Its a little above $100, and you can get Amazon 'returned' ones for about $120, but

I got one for my daughter and it was an instant family hit, especially for re-heating. Air frying is the next step up from re-heating and microwaving. It does lots of other stuff too.

Imo, get them a $100 gift card to a popular store like Target, or to Amazon- that way they can pick out the item they want !

You can't go wrong with like Amazon or Walmart or Target get gift card. Even home depot or lowes would be good. Maybe $50 gift card to a couple of them.

Maybe even an office supply store would be good too. Like Officemax or some retail chain unless you are already paying for their office supplies.

That might not be as personal a gift. But they could likely spend it and get something they want or need. If you buy gift cards at some places, you get rewards from where you buy them. Like at Kroger you can clip a coupon and get like 4 x fuel points on certain days. That would help you pay for the gift cards. I would be happy locally with $100 at Kroger as expensive as groceries are. LOL

Different retailers don't sell other retailer gift cards that compete with them. I don't think Walmart sells amazon gift cards. Kroger does. I don't think Kroger sells walmart gift cards.

The visa costs more but you can use it anywhere. I don't think he can buy prepaid $100 visa card for $100. It may be $110.

I think there are a few things you can't use prepaid Visa, but there not many things.

A lottery ticket would be good stocking stuffer. Spurge and pay $1-$3 for bonus.

If they take time off after Christmas, well read between the lines.
