It's ok to eat fat

Sugar is fine. It's the high fructose corn syrup, being now used, that spikes your blood sugar. Ever notice that corn is sold now pretty sweet. Breed that way on purpose.
I avoid both, but I do use brown sugar when I barbecue certain meats. Corn syrup is a killer. I also quit using salt in cooking and at the table and don't miss it at all.

im pretty sure when you eat either corn syrup or sugar...the body stores it as fat or burns it as energy  :rof:

the bread is not good.
Use Keto then.

OTOH, fat is a problem if you are on Ozempic for your blood sugars... ask me how I know. There are lots of things you don't find out from your doctor. But mine was correct to avoid fatty foods, overdo it and blow the bottom out of the toilet.

Other things are strange on Ozempic as well. Diet drinks? No aspartame, but Monk fruit or erythritol as sweetener. Low fats, low carbs, and meat and veggies.

Once Ozempic, have to stay on it for life.
Same with artificial Testosterone, have to stay on it for life.
Charles on drugs for life. A study case to see long term effects.
