Harder for me to walk

If you would not have got upset with your puppy when you fell, he or she would have pulled you to catch up with wife.

Wait a second, you said you were doing 5-mile trail hikes. 10,000 steps is four to five miles.

You sound like a politician.
I started yesterday telling my wife 7,000 steps should be sufficient. She was wondering where I was.
Today I walked in the mall and already got 5,700 steps. Good exercise walking in the mall.

Few months ago, I told my chiropractor that my right foot hurts when I bend it up. He did some pulling and said I had bad ligaments and recommended to go to this shoe store.
So I went there and I found out I'd been wearing one size to small for my feet. And when I put arch supporters inside my shoe, it made my feet sore being more crammed.
Pretty shoe lady said I should wear a Brooks shoe with more stability. It was most expensive shoe I'd paid at $170.
It looks a bit bulky looking like an orthopedic shoe but it helped with less pain on my feet walking the 5 mile trail. Still I would alternate with my other better looking shoes when not taking long walks.

I thought you bought $800 Orthotics? $170 for some Brooks? Man, you must come in with sucker stamped on your forehead.

I lost one of the arch supports ($800 archs) when I was in Europe several months ago.
It was cramming my feet and it hurt so much so I think I left it under the bed in the hotel.

Where in Europe? My wife and I did a cruise down the Danube recently. Met a local in a cigar bar who told tell everyone you're Canadian. :)

I went on Mediterranean cruise so I wasn't near Danube. Over past year, I did visit Greece, Italy (Rome, Venice, Dormites, Sicily), Barcelona, Monaco, Tunisa, Iceland, London, Stonehedge, and Amsterdam.
I think I have enough of Europe. Time to visit Asia.

May seem counterintuitive, but barefoot/minimalist shoes fixed all my foot problems. Took about a year and didn't feel great to start, but my feet are 1000% better.
