UAD 3.6 is a horrendous waste of time. It's adding significant inefficiency on top of the already highly inefficient appraisal system.

The GSEs developed their data standard (which they reportedly use for various functions on the internal basis). The appraisalware vendors are adapting in order to enable their subscribers to continue to do the work to the GSE specs. Making that distinction isn't a form of advocacy or picking sides.
