Has Anyone Completed A 3.6 Yet

It seems to me that people are confusing systems like Data Master, or Aivre, etc., products that can pull data from public records and MLS, and then autopopulate the data or create charts, graphs, etc., with software appraisers use for reporting UAD 3.6, such as Alamode and ACI ( Clickforms, etc., offer.

I do not believe that UAD 3.6 requires appraisers to use a data product - ( that is optional ) Appraisers do need to report the apprasial for UAD 3.6 as a printable and sendable form, which is the function of appraisal software programs.
I don't think you understand how deep these new software systems are getting into the process. They aren't simply promising saving typing time. They are promising automation, or near automation of the entire process, from adjusting comps to writing comments after using AI to inspect photos and rate the subject and comps. "The function of appraisal software programs" is not being envisions as a computerized typewriter in the current iteration.

I'm not confused. I wrote two separate paragraphs covering 2 separate aspects. Which can be integrated but don't necessarily need to be integrated.

Will I still be able to use my digital camera? I get a new one every million dollars. This is my third and still has some life left in it.

I don’t have to get a new clipboard that often. Only on my second. First one busted about seven or eight years ago. Pissed me off. Was hoping to frame it after 30 years.

I'm afraid we will all have to get a new camera, laser, tablet and any electronic device that goes with 3.6. It's the GSE's version of the pentagon's $8000 dollar hammer and the bidders are only halfway finished greasing the palms of the decision makers, but the real delay is still the same, the cursed Luddite independent appraisers.

I remember when we all had to go out and buy digital cameras. What a PITA that was for the old hats back in the day...

It was? I started off gluing photos to reports. I thought the digital camera was a decent improvement. That’s called real modernization in a normal world.
