Has Anyone Completed A 3.6 Yet

Too bad appraisers are not organized enough to revolt against all this.
We are definitely not like National Association of Realtors or many other professional organizations

. ...and if the appraiser doesn't do the report 'correctly', how much MORE difficult a time will lenders have to make heads or tails of the flawed report?
I believe the 3.6 report tells you at that moment you did it wrong. There are something like 400 help pages that tell you why you are 3.6 stupid, the moment you do it.

Is there an 'F*U*' Override button? :ROFLMAO:

I've noticed that as well. Unlike the legacy forms, the UAD 'failures' show in real time. I actually like that feature a lot. Don't have to wait till the end to run the UAD check.

Or better yet, is there a "Increase fee or reassign" button. I'm one of the few that will play chicken with clients that are annoying and occasional with assignments. I expect the 3.6 to present more of these types of orders.

The unfortunate part is most appraisers are a members of NAR. There is an appraisal section, but there an afterthought when it comes to the organization.

The creators are so out of touch. They don’t understand how things work in the real world. They want a system like TurboTax. They’re gonna get one. Where are you Basically just keep hitting buttons until the damn thing is accepted :rof:

I am getting quote requests from a few AMCs I do work for on 3.6 assignments and I haven't even put in any quotes... what I think I'll do is just quote every one at $800 (these clients pay 300-500 typically) and if one of them want to pay me $800, I'll give my first one a shot.

I literally cannot get through a 3.6, no matter which software I try. ACI is a total disaster, I don't think they will be ready until 2050, Aivre is ok, but I still have not able to complete one, and the AI feature is a waste of time - you have to correct everything it thinks (such as saying hardwood floors when they are LVP, saying the yard is fenced because there is a fence at the home next to it etc), and am trying SFREP, but that is more expensive than the rest. Total I have not tried, the people there bug me every day about signing up. Very annoying. My eyes hurt from spending countless hours testing software. Maybe I'm just too old to learn new software

May be time to hang it up but first is your eyesight good ? And do you have a large screen monitor ? If either are bad you will click wrong cells and make lots of errors.
