So addressing DWiley’s claim: I'll acknowledge one thing, I have no doubt they uploaded some test reports for multi’s, condos, etc. But given the ticker tape that fell from the sky for the first SFR 3.6 uploaded, is it reasonable to believe that the software provider, portal, and appraiser involved in completing/uploading the “first” multi-family, the “first” condo, the “first” co-op, etc. wouldn't have screamed from the top of the mountain that they cured cancer? Give me a break. We all know the answer to that.
