Let's get on the same page here. It was in development for many years.

So long so with so much popular resistance, they had essentially benched the program and it was not going to be implemented.

The pulte stepped in and told everyone they would be fired if they did not complete what they had in the works.

So now tens of thousands of licensed appraisers are going to quit doing gse work instead.

They like to call this purposeful destruction of consumer protection safeguards; 'appraisal modernization'.

LOL. That is an interesting take, given that the limited production period started before the election, and the broad use and mandatory dates were announced before the limited production period began.
