LOL. That is an interesting take, given that the limited production period started before the election, and the broad use and mandatory dates were announced before the limited production period began.
Yes, but there was so much popular push back, there was an under tone and increasingly apparent situation that the project would not go through.
That's my take anyways.
There was so much shake up that undoubtedly people were removed whom would have relayed the boondoggle nature of this and the popular resistance by appraisers themselves. Instead the whip was cracked, get the projects done or you're fired like the rest. And the UAD 3.6 actually went full speed ahead again.
What kind of idiot breaks the appraisal grid into multiple sections and does not include net/gross adjustment indicators? It's obvious from reading the form and function that whomever created it really did not understand what appraisers do or how valuation analysis theory works in the real world.
Art not a science. They simply do not understand the fluid nature of human decision making and in doing so compromised the appraisers ability to function as an independent intermediate with logical conclusions, rather forcing everything to data driven science. It's an immediate boondoggle exponentiated too, the AI tech bro's stealing each others work, pushing hybrid and one hour appraisals, bypassing AMC registration requirements.
As usual, consumers are most harmed.
And they botched the three year disclosure rule in the certifications. Rather than simply disclosing service in the past or not, now the certifications can not be altered and you must certify you have not provided service in the past three years. Thereby prohibiting repeat service. Total clown show. Blind leading the stupid.
