Intimidation....I Will Not Be Silenced

I would also guess on the PFA basis that wherever the fees start out at in the 1st month will end up being different by the end of the 3rd month.

I have no intention of doing these until the GSEs and software firms figure things out. I have plenty of cash put away. Be nice to only have 1 job for a month or 2. I have full faith they will figure it out.

How many have you tried?
We're not doing anything that involves real estate and just getting prepared for the Mid-Term elections and running polls, registering new voters-assisting new and old local Politicians with training their staff to effectively debate sticky issues and how to overcome social media trolls and local fake news media.

Are you enticing the new voters to register with weed or a $10 spot?

Just 1- Fat Joint to homeless for medicinal use only and we never pay cash, that's illegal in California unless your a CA Democrat Socialist ballot harvester. Lol )

one big lie...after another

Most Loan production appraisers don't set fee's, they usually just follow what they call their full fee which in reality is the same or similar fee that everyone else in their market is charging.

That's the true definition of Ordinary and Customary fee's as later defined in the Dodd Frank Bill. Nothing's changed you can ask for any fee you want and maybe you'll get it or maybe you won't.

That’s another lie we were told from the snake oil salesman a decade ago.

c and r was specifically written to avoid sending out 100 emails and appraisal order going to the lowest bidder.

I don't think we need to try to end all AMCs. If we can make an example out of one AMC, that might be enough to change the balance a little bit in our favor.

Yeah, if just one of these lawsuits gains ground going on. @Francois K. Gregoire sent me a message of letter he sent to CFPB. He is for separation of fees on truth in lending disclosures. He don't have much pull though.

More pull than me but I have no pull
