WTF are you talking about? Michael Dell possesses deep, lifelong technical knowledge of computers, having dismantled his first Apple II at age 15 to understand its internal components and logic flow. He built his early business by purchasing wholesale components, assembling custom PCs, and selling them directly to consumers, leveraging his understanding of hardware to offer lower prices than traditional retailers. The CEO of Dell doesn't assemble computers either.
If she had the experience in appraising as Mr Dell has with computers, I wouldn't have commented in this thread. She has no idea with her 300K salary what appraisers are going through. The job at TAF isn't doing physical inspections on row houses-it's about working with the others in the field who share different skills.
Yeah, I wasn’t going bring up that Michael dell built computers when he was a teenager and dropped out of college to start a computer company. I try to let glenn have a few wins every now and then. It keeps him coming back.In the way that Glenn answers appraisal questions, there's no way that a PAREA grad or a True Footage taught appraiser is going to even come close to his wealth of knowledge and experience, even though he's not appraising anymore. Different times now. The lenders don't want him or any of the Aging out appraiser any longer.Yeah, I wasn’t going bring up that Michael dell built computers when he was a teenager and dropped out of college to start a computer company. Yes Michael Dell did build his first computer's but he hasn't been hands on in 25 years but you guys love to say that unless a career appraiser is boots on the ground and out measuring houses he's no longer qualified to operate a large AMC or work at a GSE or run TAF.Yeah, I wasn’t going bring up that Michael dell built computers when he was a teenager and dropped out of college to start a computer company. We know..... you got yours. Obviously, you went to the dark side and are cheering on the financial exploitation by lenders & AMCs, which as you very well know retain the majority of fees paid by the borrowers, leaving appraisers with stagnant, low compensation for increasing workloads. Good thing you missed that, right?Yes Michael Dell did build his first computer's but he hasn't been hands on in 25 many years but you guys love to say that unless a career appraiser has to ne boots on the ground and out measuring houses or he's no longer qualified to operate a large AMC or work at a GSE or TAF but you forget working as a one person vendor is not a qualification to operate much else in life.
Your missing the point and that is being qualified to manage a group of people or represent thousands in the profession is more then getting ones shoes dirty. it's about trying to keep up on the laws and being able to effectively communicate with all the other agencies and users. We know..... you got yours. Yes I'm saying you couldn't do her job because you have no people skills and don't have the ability to get along with the bureaucratic types that get nominated or placed on these committees.are you saying we cant do her job...which by the posts here is nothing
I never went to the Dark Side I grew up in it and never knew there was a so called enlightened side and it's just a business to me not a religion or a spiritual calling or a cult of we versus them.We know..... you got yours.
