How can this negativity be broken and how can appraisers step into the light and start winning again ?

To far gone...........it started a slow death 2009 and now entering the final stages......meh modernization.

AI is not done, only just beginning

By hiring Elon robots.

Word on the streets is that the appraisal foundation is already rewriting the rules to allow for these robots to bypass perea and pass go. Allegedly, they will be trained by clear capital, class and rsds.

Thanks rsds, linda and pete.

At any point, the AMCs and others can decide to change their ways.

IDK- maybe if the experienced appraisers can learn to use AI in a positive way, they might have something to offer.

Simple: Leadership.
Leadership of what ? The Institute has never represented residential appraisers and neither have the few other smaller organizations.

The State Boards and TAF don't advocate for the business or fees paid. I'm just trying to figure out what Leaders your referring to.

You asked "How can this negativity be broken and how can appraisers step into the light and start winning again ?" and my answer was Leadership.

The negativity will not be broken and we will not start winning due to the lack of leadership.
