I see you edited your remarks. Here is your original, too damn good to throw out LOL
"When doing the 1004D you are required on the final inspection to determine if the improvements are done according to the original appraisal. That is not a review. That is looking at the report and concluding whether or not the improvements match the report. You should know the difference. If not then go back to school" <<< Your words
OK, let's go to school:You said "But I also emailed them my concerns regarding the previous report. (APPRAISAL REVIEW WRITTEN REPORT) And I decided to load up the report with caveats regarding scope of work (APPRAISAL REVIEW) and that by doing the final it doesn't mean I agree with the opinion of value (POSSIBLE OPINION OF VALUE). But when I did the inspection I found numerous errors in the report regarding the critical elements of the house(APPRAISAL REVIEW)" It is my opinion when reviewing an appraisal that one can say the value appears to be supported or the the value appears unsupported but to say I agree/disagree with the opined value is an appraisal by default. Class dismissed.

If the house isn't the same there is going to be a value issue. I didn't say anything about the report with regard to the house the original appraised. But when the house built isn't the same the original report is useless. Go back to school.
