Good, I'll be due for my USPAP update class.

$60.00 bucks..... How big is it?????

The actual book is $75 plus shipping. It contains 415 pages.

Terrel....

I dont know my guess is around 30-50 pages

It amazes me that we are expected to pay for a PDF version of Uselesspap. I thought that we paid for all of the costs of the Appraisal Foundation through our license fees.

Terrel....

I dont know my guess is around 30-50 pages
And 5 years from now it will be over 1,000 pages and E&0 insurance will be over $2,000 a year.... I don't know about your appraisal fees, but I'm guessing around $50.00

Take the class and the text will be included in the fee Im guessing.

panappr...
You are probably correct in your statement that USPAP will be 1000+ pages in 5 years and insurance will be $2,000. My fees you are way off.... If I did houses maybe (in my appraisal career I have only one 1 SFR). My fees for commercial work start at $3,000.
