3.6 and ACI

I want to switch to SFREP, but my ACI is up for renewal next week and I do not want to purchase 2 software services. Ugh.

Is it possible to use 2.6 in the field and add the data to the 3.6 version once back at home? Id rather stick with the familiar while in the field and then create a 3.6 version when I get home if that is doable. I plan to ay around with it soon.

Sure you could. Just make sure to bring some data reminders of what to add - it would be the same things in every report so a checklist would suffice, then fill in the 3.6 when you get back to office. I would hope that as long as the 3.6 is delivered to the client in the format they need, what you did to get there, wrt which software was used or what inspection tools on site would not be relevant.

There is some data on the new forms not on old forms. You would need to make sure you get it. Such as ceiling height and height of entrance.

You can do what you want, but bring a check list so you don't forget stuff.

devil's advocate here: Field Review to confirm door or door frame height, or ceiling height at what point... etc..
Like Ansi measurements, are all precise and meld well with feet and inches and yards and meters and....
