3.6 Crunch Time

That is just not accurate. Any text or photo exhibit you can put in a 2.6 report can be put into a 3.6 report. The difference is that you will put it in the relevant section of the report, not in an addendum

It is accurate. Look at what George did.

He put a spread sheet in between two text blocks. Continuous flow between text and data. He can do that because he is using a word processor, which is what the text addendum is.

In 3.6 you have a section for text, and on the same page you might also have photo boxes. What you are saying George can do is take the spread sheet which is formated for full page width, cut the image and paste it into a photo box which is 4"x6". And then put the commentary in the text section.

That is not anything close to the same thing.

any development or reporting of the appraisal should be left to the independent appraiser...not boxed in by common criminals stealing your data  :rof:

You can add additional boxes for whatever you want under the market section and drag/drop images or documents into it. No different than adding a spreadsheet to a word doc

Assume they probably don't want graphs and text combined, but it can be done-

I write my form reports in Excel (15+ years by now). Columns and lines, adjust and merge as necessary.

If I had a problem with image dimensions I would do 2 or 3 screengrabs and match their alignment.

The purpose of 3.6 is to eliminate the scope creep of discloures and addenda that's rarely read by a human. In my opinion appraisers should embrace the minimization of the scope creep and not try to add layers of additional pages.

That's not too bad. What did you do here exactly?

Did you snip George's whole post and paste it in as a image?

What would happen if George's content was a full page?

There's a drop down under Graph. Select "Other" and name it whatever you want. I just grabbed a screenshot of his example, but you can add docs as well. You can add multiple too. So if you had 3 graphs you could add them individually or all together in one document.

Assume there will be some guidance from clients on what they do and don't want to see in those fields, but in reality they will probably be ignored just like most of our addenda.

What are you saying? That the GSE's got jealous so they added the layers of additional pages plus, nonsensical data entries that has nothing to do with value so they could one up appraisers?
