They have begun pricing with incentives for free use at first as others are also doing. I thought their pricing after that was high so started looking into Appraise-It which so far I am impressed with watching their instructional programs.Did AIVRE finally release pricing? I asked them many times since they first started doing demos, but they kept pushing it off so long that I lost interest

A new company charges more than Alamode? These money hungry tech startups are trying to become multi millionaires overnight. AI may have helped them build Aivre, but the same technology will likely create a better version at a fraction of the cost within a few years.Yeah, $1000 a year for a nerfed version without AI or $3000 a year for the full version.
The owner stated that he built the AI appraisal assistant and iPad app for his family's appraisal business. He has one coder who helped with the 3.6 and Android app. I figure he will pump up the company, then cash out and sell it to AlaMode. If you knew how much debt these new tech startup companies were in, you’d be shocked that the fee isn’t higher.
Not sure what the business plan is, but I don’t know how you get rich when there’s less than 50,000 people buying your product and that’s probably going to be split three or four ways.
