The mess created by historically low interest rates coupled with trillions of dollars printed from nothing may take a decade or two to level out. There's no magic wand, and just about anything the gubmint does at this point will only prolong the pain.

Why complain about the low interest rates?
It created one of the biggest refi boom for appraisers.
