In my territory you can't sell a new house over $300,000 without a full-fledged Mud Room w/attached Laundry and at least half-Bath.

WHERE do they find these people.

Of course, you do know that learning the underwriting trade is usually the Temp secretary filling in on the desk when the regular is on a sick day -- decides she likes it, they hire her and give her OJT. :idea:

You never know whats in a home. I did one that had a slab foundation, but did not have a slab in the middle of the living room. There was a 5' walkway around the edges of the living room, but the center was a planter with interior bushes and plants set in dirt. I had to describe it and explain the adjustment for the cost to pour a slab in the living room to create a monolithic slab foundation for the home. That took a large addendum.
