looks kind of cool but less than 1 appraisal per month? is that an AMC appraisal or an actual appraisal lol and per month is kind of nuts when Total gives you everything for $700/yr. That could easily be $6,000!!!! no freaking chance that's gonna fly

We’re not seeing it yet, but 2027 and beyond will be the end of cheap appraisal software. Look, I’m with you, $6,000 a year is a beast. But don’t think for one second Cotality will keep TOTAL’s price anywhere near the price it is now.

Just to clarify on the Appraiser Machine, the “less than one appraisal” line is referring to the monthly price is less than what you’d charge for a single report. It’s $99/mo flat (or $199 for teams), unlimited orders, not per appraisal.
