ACI Big Issues...No Access to Maps-Flood, Location, or Aerial

Thanks for the suggestions, Tom D. As it is, while trying to figure this out, I discovered that other apps I use that rely on an internet explorer connection aren't working right either. This seems to be an IE / Edge problem. I'm trying to get the Edge browser to function properly in "internet explorer" mode. Not much luck.
Anyone else have any luck with this stuff?
[Microsoft Edge. Another poor solution in search of a problem.]
My bank account # is 11, Sally. (Small bank)

ACI's closed for the weekend :( I've spoken to other ACI users in my area, and they also lost their map functions. Anybody else here having that problem? Could this be a licensing issue internally, with ACI???
Are you Republican or Democrat?

I'm an Independent and everything functions on my account, Flood Maps / Location / distance to the moon & back

No.

Have you downloaded any updates from microsoft for windows recently?

So today I took the time to go back and review some stuff; so this is from my past experience with the mapping dilemma.
1) If the location map does not work - go to the flood map and try it (if it functions close the program and re-open see if it's still there) if not close everything down and re-start system.
2) I found my location map in my Flood Map (apparently incorrect linking) copied the location map and put it in the location map page; closed the program and re-opened to make sure it stayed and then went back to the Flood Map page and tried that again. It all worked fine. Give it a try.

So what I found (past experiences) is the mapping programs develop a glitch of their own (perhaps like the ddl (drivers) that appear to get corrupt out of nowhere) - I know it's frustrating, but not much anyone can do, it's computerology (I hate) I love dial up phones / fax machines / old coke machines - this new stuff drives me nuts.

Good Luck, hope this helps in some way.
