ACI File in Use Error

I think I spend $ 795. a YEAR just to renew my ACI without my Flood $ 150. yr, ENV. et al. extras. WHY does it cost that much every year if there are no real updates?
I have to call them at least 4-5 X a year for FAILS. Just an hour ago, my Flood Maps would not work with a 2-4 fam, works fine with sf reports.
Now I wait till tomorrow for a call back, unacceptable for $ 800 + yr.

You must not have renewed yet this year. You are complaining about them charging $795 for the "personal plan"?

I think you were breaking up there in the second part of your sentence a little bit ... not sure I got what you were trying to say ... anyway ... I'll just say that when a thirsty man spends 5 decades in the desert and then finds an oasis, he appreciates the water there all that much more ...

You are kidding right? Did you recently re-new ?

I will be researching..if thats true.........
