ACI just down or out of business

So, we are going to Russia and start with the hackers there who run the website? Who even knows where the actual hacker lives? N. Korea? Nigeria? Russian Army?
Oh, quit being so typically human, Terrel!

I've been with Bradford since The Appraiser's Toolbox software. So Clickforms is easy for me. But I can only remember talking to tech support a handful of times in the last 20 years. All minor issues except one. Which was a result of outside server changes and that was solved within a couple of hours

I guess I have "Come to Jesus" - Praise The Lord!!!

I think I have found a solution. It appears that there are a number of IT experts on the forum that appear to be of the opinion that the fix is easy peasy. I suggest they offer their services to ACI
Not sure but it sure would be easy to place a recorded message on their 800# or just answer the phone. Or failing that set up a cheapo website or new twitter account (for free) to inform their customers what is going on.

ACI is dead to me, and this old dog will learn a new trick with some new software, which I hate, but there's no way I'm keeping ACI after being treated like this...

What nobody has talked about is where all the appraisal reports are. Doesn't ACI use a system named Sky? First, American had a breach four years ago in which 800 million documents were exposed.

I don't know about this "Sky," but for darn sure they had a data breach, and were sued for it, as well.

Actually it IS very easy. "The Fix" is called C-L-I-C-K-F-O-R-M-S. I am amazed how quickly I was able to get it up and running. Their training webinar was very useful. ;)
In all honesty this is the best move considering clients/lenders are starting to send emails stating they will not accept any files generated by ACI. At this point even if the server were up, you may still be dead in the water depending on your client/lender.
