I know of other appraisers that have done more. This is going forward. Just got an email from another client today. Everything going 3.6. 2 days ago. Another client. October 1. All 3.6. Another client says they are only ordering 3.6. The fact is Nov 2 isn’t really the deadline. It is October 1.

I know of other appraisers that have done more. This is going forward. Just got an email from another client today. Everything going 3.6. 2 days ago. Another client. October 1. All 3.6. Another client says they are only ordering 3.6. The fact is Nov 2 isn’t really the deadline. It is October 1.

I have done two test runs on Nighthawk. Not using their analytics until I have time to "play" with them. It takes me about 2-2.5 hours not including inspection which I am doing manually since their mobile app isn't quite ready. I have decided that two monitors will work best for me. Easier to do drag and drop

All I see is people struggling with the software and saying they completed 2 UAD assignments so far. I"ve completed at least 15 standard assignments in the last week and a half. It's getting pushed back. Nice try

Exactly. Unless someone has an inside track to the GSEs they have no assurance that just because ACI didn’t get its act together this will all be delayed. And if they are wrong that means they will REALLY be behind. The fact is appraisers have had months to decide on software. If they wait until the last minute and suddenly they get 5 orders wanting 3.6 they are going to be working some long days not only learning 3.6 format, but also the software.

I don't know which software you are using. But if you don't start familiarizing yourself with it, bad will be an understatement

I traveled to Europe past few years and there was always this talk of something of a travel registration for all tourist visitors. Ugh.
It was good idea to keep track of who gets into Europe but deadline kept being pushed out. I assumed the reality of implementing such was too difficult to meet the deadline.

Of course, first time doing it, I will make mistakes.
Yet I'm confident I can fill out the form. I learned today from Freddie what they are looking for and I'll just outsmart them like always.

I just did a quick search about how much of the market ACI has. Of course do your own research. But just think that a potential 30% of the appraisers now have to switch software providers. If I was an ACI user I would be ticked.
