ADU included in main dwelling

I mentioned HUD report on HUDUSER.GOV above. So go to www.HUDuser.gov and under publications look for ADU. There is a pdf download. It has several city zoning ordinances related to PUDs. I am not sure it that was where the chart came from.

Many newer large homes have attached ADU within the house and are legally permitted and included in the GLA. An- ADU does not have to be detached but on most older homes it would not be included in the GLA measurements and valued separately. In CALI high end properties many have some sort of Interior ADU or as what used to be called servants quarters also these homes are way above any Fannie Mae Loan limits and almost always portfolio loans.

Never worked for them before, but early on in my career there was one particular year or two where the only part of body that was not sun tanned were my ankles.
