Don't go with day1 or any of their products. The tech support is nonexistant. :evil:
Day1 is more concerned with becoming an AMC than in helping appraisers.
Just look at the bottom of the reports you print out!

I was a user of Day 1 since the 1980's when they first started. Use to be a good company, not any more.
Just read the article the CEO of the company wrote in the last appraisal mag. Makes it very clear which side that company is on!
There are plenty of good software products out there. I swithched to a la mode's wintotal a few months of go. Transition was easy.
There are pro's and con's to everything, but at least their tech support answers the phone and tries to help.
