AI is not your buddy, watch out.

lol yet there's several influencers telling appraisers to set up openclaw to run their businesses...
Yeah, it's way too early for that. I did take your advise from another thread, Claude Cowork is the better choice right now. Both are early, but they are the future.

Don't you need the max plan for Cowork? Care to share what you're able to do with it?

You can sign up with the Pro plan ($20 per month). I'm taking baby steps. This weekend I'm getting a little tech help with the set up, but my plan is to have a separate computer set up for 100% business and a.i. stuff, so if there is an issue only part of my life is on hold. At this point Cowork and OpenClaw are weeks old, so I'm going to let the tech nerds figure out the appraisal automation applications as both evolve. I plan on using Cowork for admin duties, train a skill or two to replace what I'm currently doing with Perplexity and Chat, and just playing with it to gain fluency. I'm just not techy enough to jump into something that's open source so I'll wait to see what OpenClaw evolves into.

TBH I'm kinda tech nerdy and STILL having difficulty keeping up. Things are moving very fast.

Yeah. My play is gaining fluency and watching what the real movers and their teams are doing. Eventually someone will build and sell a skill that will automate the appraisal process, until then I'm just learning to swim.

Musk and other brilliant minds warned against AI and strongly stated that regulation is urgently needed.

Trump has killed as many federal regulations around AI as possible and attacks regulation at the state level. This admin is about the big tech barons making billions and trillions with unlimited use of AI, regardless of risk . He sold America's proprietary AI chips to China, allowing Nvidia to make trillions which lets China deploy it to power its military.

It has been shown that social media algorithms spread lies faster than facts. I hope the younger generation is equipped to take on the daunting challenges facing humanity.
I was groped in the Metaverse and it was very upsetting

I'm still wondering why 3.6 can't be voice controlled. 'Check box, next page'. How hard is that to do. Apparently, very hard. That would speed up us box checkers.
And why couldn't it have been just a check box list with expansion if needed. Now,1 page for one question, then flip. What will it be like, 400 page flips. We are going backwards in term of productivity.

It can, just download superwhisper or any of the other whisper variations.

Are AI tools reliable enough to be used at in commercial settings? If so, should they be given “autonomy” to make decisions? These are the questions being raised after at least two internet outages at Amazon’s cloud division were allegedly caused by blundering AI agents, according to new reporting from the Financial Times.
