The fact you are so far behind is alarming. We are getting 3.6 orders and having to grind out a 6 hour typing project with your bare bones product. Its gruesome. For staters fix the garage/driveway data entry. Secondly. please correct that when you are entering info for comp 1 and hit enter/tab that you don't end up in the field for comp 2. It is extremely frustrating like you tech guys had no idea what the actually for they should display is. As a customer for 18+ years, I am 44th right now in the tech support que at 5:56pm EST on a Friday. Just where I want to be. You guys had plenty of time. Likely not renewing. I had a one hour delay for your last update, that fixed an address issue? Are you kidding me.

Only 37th in line for tech now.. what a disaster.

I don't even have an urgent tech issue but i actually once have to to figure things out. The first thing I have to figure out is IF is stick with alamode and it would purely be for convenience. Nothing they have ever showed me indicated they are a superior program. My old boss 20 years ago made us all switch from ACI to alamode. Some sales guy probably got his ear. But 18 years after that I am still for god knows why still paying these guys every year.

Moved up to 33 in line for tech support. By the time i am 20 they will say the office is closed and disconnect.
That is customer service.

The good news is you have good excuse for late delivery and lenders are probably used to delays right now. Lol )

I've always used Clickforms as that was what I was trained on and their pricing was always reasonable. But although I've never used any other software to compare and contrast, I've always presumed Clickforms to be the weaker little brother to the other guys. That maybe I could have gotten better results with things like integrating other softwares (their mobile sketching software is a joke) but never was willing to go to the time/trouble to find out. So I just muddled along.

Then it seemed they were slower to getting their Nighthawk software up and running and I was worried I'd have to be switching to another software to just be able to take 3.6 orders. But they got it up and my first report using it wasn't a COMPLETELY horrible experience. The software still has some glitches and I, like everyone, still just needed some answers to basic questions on how to use it. But I will say their support was good for me on Thursday and Friday. Usually my calls went right through. I was on hold once for about 20-30 minutes. The various kids they have worked tech, of course, have no experience with or knowledge of appraising, but that's to be expected and I imagine all the providers have the same issue if they have had to hire extra support staff to deal with the rollout.

Not suggesting anyone switch to Nighthawk or even that Bradford is any better or worse overall than any of the others when it comes to this right now. Just relating my experience.

After reading about all of the issues with various software that has been released. I am glad I waited for Nighthawk. Not perfect, but I had minimal problems going through my first report. Nowhere near the problems I have been reading about other providers
